1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.



2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including postal delays, customs processing, or peak periods.



3. Pre-Order Items

Some products may be available for pre-order. These items will be clearly marked on the product page with red text stating that the item is available for pre-order.

Please note:
• Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase
• Dispatch dates provided are estimated and not guaranteed
• Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped once all items are available, unless stated otherwise



4. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Please be aware:
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices
• Aurae is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance



5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Aurae is not responsible for:
• Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Orders returned to sender due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.



6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at Contact@auraeuk.com and we will assist in contacting the courier where possible.

Aurae is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.



7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
